KNOWLEDGE can never be measured in an hour test conducted at an educational institution. KNOWLEDGE IS THE ATTRIBUTE ONE POSSESSES. If I know my facts clearly I don’t need a teacher to give me marks for it. I may expect some appreciation in return of the research and hardwork I did to construct the answer.
